His training is usually rated as being outstanding. Reuben has worked in production management roles in Africa and the UK, in the UK working in production management roles for such companies as Walkers Crisps, Rank Hovis McDougalls, Hygrade Foods and Allied Bakeries so he brings a lot of food safety management practices associated with leading and pioneering companies to training delivery. All our other trainers are people who have practical experience of working in frontline roles in the food industry coming either from compliance, retail, manufacturing and  the catering sectors. His training is usually rated as outstanding as its interactive and combines a deep understanding of Food Science/Technology and work experience from world leading food processors into training delivery to achieve work based skills application.
