Msc Food Science/Technology our Principal Trainer and Consultant has delivered training to companies such as McDonalds, M&S, Charlton House Catering, A4e, on behalf of leading training providers such as Highfield, Medex Training, CJ associates and a lot of nurseries, schools, youth clubs and catering establishments. His training is usually rated as being outstanding. Reuben has worked in production management roles in Africa and the UK, in the UK working in production management roles for such companies as Walkers Crisps, Rank Hovis McDougalls, Hygrade Foods and Allied Bakeries so he brings a lot of food safety management practices associated with leading and pioneering companies to training delivery. All our other trainers are people who have practical experience of working in frontline roles in the food industry coming either from compliance, retail, manufacturing and the catering sectors.
